As the owner of Don Hattan Dealerships, Pink Saloon, and now Point Nine, Jill leads with a people-first mindset that runs through every corner of her businesses. Her goal? To help make Wichita a better place to live, one industry at a time. Point Nine was born from that same desire— to make our community better. Whether it’s cars, clothes, or dining, Jill is constantly asking: How can we do this differently, and do it better?

After years of collaborating with Jill different events, Bryce was a natural choice to lead the culinary vision for the restaurant. His standards are high, his plating is stunning, and his commitment to quality is clear in every dish he creates. Bryce shares Point Nine’s core belief: that dining should never be mediocre. From menu development to team leadership, he puts intention into every step—ensuring each guest enjoys something fresh, thoughtful, and worth coming back for.
