We are officially turning ONE! To thank the incredible community that has made our first year on the Redbud Trail unforgettable, we are shutting down the street, cranking up the music, and throwing a massive, all-day Anniversary Block Party!
On Saturday, July 11th, we are taking over the pavement, patio, and courtyard for a 12-hour celebration. We’ve packed the day with local vendors, exclusive VIP lounges, high-energy kids’ activities, live tasting stations, and phenomenal music.
Admission to the block party is completely free, but we have exclusive tickets available for our high-end Whiskey and Wine experiences. Check out the full breakdown below and come celebrate Year One with us!

The party kicks off at 10:00 AM sharp, and you’ll want to be at the front of the line. The first 50 people through the gates will score an exclusive 1-Year Anniversary commemorative gift!

We are keeping the stage rocking for 12 hours straight with four incredible local acts. Grab a lawn chair, score a cold drink, and enjoy the show:
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Patz: Kick off your morning on the patio with smooth, sunny acoustic vibes.
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Fly by Night: Keeping the afternoon energy high with your favorite rock and pop tracks.

The Kid’s VIP Lounge & Special Guests
From morning until late afternoon, the lawn is transforming into a specialized zone just for our VIP little ones to beat the July heat:
- Beauties & Beasts (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Our amazing friends from Beauties & Beasts are back! Come meet some incredible adoptable animals out in our gravel area.
- The Ultimate Water Zone: High-powered Water Guns, giant Bubble Machines, and classic Water Balloon Tosses to keep everyone cool.
- 4:00 PM Water Gun Battle Royale: Fill up your tanks! At 4:00 PM, we are hosting an epic, all-out water gun battle royale right here at Point Nine.
- Pedal-Powered Ice Cream: The wonderful team from AARTI is bringing out their legendary bicycle ice cream maker right into the kids’ area! Watch them churn up fresh treats using pedal power.
- Festival Fun: Enjoy FREE Face Painting and FREE Kids Popsicles being handed out straight from The Trolley!
Harrison Street Vendor Market
We are moving our picnic tables, lounge couches, and armchairs directly out into Harrison Street to create a massive, comfortable pedestrian block party market. Stroll through the street and visit our confirmed local vendors setting up shop:

Nighttime: Fire Pits & Free S’mores
At 8:00 PM, the street vibe gets cozy. We are lighting up the fire pits right on the trailside, and to celebrate one year of your incredible support, we are giving out supplies to make s’mores! Grab a kit, roast a marshmallow, and toast to many more years to come.
